Kombee partnered with Edenred to develop the Unnati loyalty platform for ExxonMobil's mechanic ecosystem in India. ExxonMobil's downstream business depends on a network of 3.25 lakh mechanics and 50,000 retailers; the people who directly influence which products end customers buy. For years, there was no reliable infrastructure to track, engage, or reward this network. Kombee was engaged as the technology development partner, within Edenred's platform environment, to build the system that changed that.

An 8-digit OTP login replaced passwords entirely, removing the most common barrier to adoption among field users. A single Home Page with two clear tabs, Submit Coupon and Add Bank Details, kept the daily workflow simple and consistent.

Mechanics scan a QR code or enter a 12-digit code; points are validated and credited in real time against the Coupon Master. Transaction history shows daily and monthly earnings and redemptions, giving mechanics full transparency over their rewards.
Flexible Payout Switching
A Payout Swap feature lets users switch between UPI and bank account without support intervention. An LSR (Scan-Only) profile type allows fraud investigators to scan codes without allocating points.

Secure API & Automated E-KYC Compliance
All API traffic is protected by OAuth 2.0 and AES encryption. E-KYC — PAN verification and Aadhaar upload, is triggered automatically at the ₹2,000 payout threshold, with a secondary cap at ₹16,000.
Automated Taxation & Security Validation
TDS is calculated and applied automatically: 10% for verified users, 20% for unverified. The platform passed full VAPT before go-live on Edenred Azure Cloud.
All API traffic is protected by OAuth 2.0 and AES encryption.

An LSR profile enables fraud investigation without affecting point balances. AuthBridge's 80% name-match algorithm auto-approves PAN and Aadhaar only where identity is sufficiently verified. Penny Drop validation confirms every bank account before a transfer is initiated.
