The existing loyalty platform, LISA, was decommissioned by end of Q1 2025. ExxonMobil had no replacement ready, and a gap would have halted reward operations across the entire mechanic network.
ExxonMobil could not accurately track which mechanics were influencing purchases. Without this data, campaign spending had no measurable return and mechanic data quality was poor.
The replacement needed to handle 3.25 lakh mechanics, 50,000 retailers, 30,000 daily coupon submissions, and traffic spikes of up to 2,000 concurrent users per minute.
Reward data, sales data, KYC records, and payout processing sat in separate systems — ExxonMobil's ITP/Salesforce, Cashfree, AuthBridge, Sinfini, and a legacy database; with no integration between them.
A scalable digital platform built to simplify mechanic engagement through multilingual access, real-time coupon validation, secure payouts, and a cloud-native architecture designed for performance, transparency, and fraud prevention.
An 8-digit OTP login replaced passwords entirely, removing the most common barrier to adoption among field users.
A single Home Page with two clear tabs — Submit Coupon and Add Bank Details; kept the daily workflow simple and consistent.
Mechanics across India can use the app in their own language — English, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Tamil, or Telugu.

A Progressive Web App extended access to users without requiring an app download.
A responsive Web Admin Panel gave DSRs and distributors the programme visibility they had never had before.
Native Android and iOS apps, listed on both major app stores, gave mechanics a reliable dedicated experience on their primary devices.

Mechanics scan a QR code or enter a 12-digit code; points are validated and credited in real time against the Coupon Master.
A Payout Swap feature lets users switch between UPI and bank account without support intervention.
Transaction history shows daily and monthly earnings and redemptions, giving mechanics full transparency over their rewards.

The platform sustains 1,000 concurrent users per minute and absorbs spikes up to 2,000.
99.5% API uptime is maintained on Edenred Azure Cloud, backed by pre-launch VAPT clearance.
Static pages load in under 1 second; all functional requests resolve within 4 seconds.

E-KYC — PAN verification and Aadhaar upload, is triggered automatically at the ₹2,000 payout threshold, with a secondary cap at ₹16,000.
TDS is calculated and applied automatically: 10% for verified users, 20% for unverified.
All API traffic is protected by OAuth 2.0 and AES encryption.

A 40-day inactive period is enforced on all new coupon codes before they can be submitted. Weekly scan limits, set at 75 coupons per user, flag and restrict abnormal activity.
An LSR profile enables fraud investigation without affecting point balances. AuthBridge's 80% name-match algorithm auto-approves PAN and Aadhaar only where identity is sufficiently verified.

A 2-week Agile sprint model allowed continuous delivery and kept the go-live on track against the hard Q1 2025 deadline.
